At Sesembo Hunting Safaris, ethical free range hunting is our pride and passion. We offer an exciting safari adventure in Namibia, with its wide open landscapes and lush animal life.
The name Sesembo is derived from the Sesame Bush (Sesamothamnus lugardii) which is found in northern Namibia – a spectacular bush used by the local people for its medicinal value.
Just as this bush boasts its unique beauty standing out among the crowd, Sesembo Hunting Safaris aims to please both the first time hunter as well as the passionate life long hunter by offering a unique free range hunting experience, guided by a experienced and energetic professional hunter (PH), Ruan Botha.
Sesembo Hunting Safaris is situated in the north of Namibia in the lush mopanie savannas and granite hills, approximately 15km from the town Kamanjab. Our geographical territory consists of 32,123 acres of privately owned hunting land, forming part of the Loxodonta Conservancy area and amounting to 650,000 acres of hunting ground. We have one of the richest free roaming populations of African wildlife with 12 species of plains game and more. Sesembo is situated 4 hour’s drive from the legendary skeleton coast’s weird and wonderful landscape, 5 hours from one of the best known coastal towns in Namibia, Swakopmund, and 1.5 hours drive to Etosha National Park.
